This past Saturday, December 3rd, Downtown Dallas was home once again to the 24th Annual Rotary Invitational Christmas Parade presented by the Paulding County Rotary club. The weather was cool and cloudy but otherwise perfect for the parade. An estimated 11,000 residents showed up to support the parade and all its floats. On behalf of the Paulding Rotary Club and all of those who helped bring the parade together, we would like to say "thank you" to the people Dallas, Hiram and Paulding County for coming out this year and once again making this parade such a great event and success.
One of the largest events in Paulding County, the Christmas parade requires a hard-working dedication of those who spend their time every year to bring the parade together. We thank you for all your hard work and service. And as always we would like to remind everyone that the proceeds for the parade are donated to charity here inside Paulding County. This year's Grand Marshals were Paulding Christmas, Casa, Helping Hands, and the Paulding County Humane Society.
