Mr. Ben Cook a member of the South Cobb Rotary club came to share with the Rotary his work with the Edwin L Hodges Ministry. The ELHM is a worldwide ministry to collect Christian literature here in the United States and to ship it overseas to Third World countries.

PCHS begins their 2016 facing region rivals and state qualifiers from around the area. Building in the success of last year, the coaching staff hope to hone skills and play hard soccer.

The reception and awards presentation for the 29th Annual Student Art Competition was held Sunday, February 28, 2016 at the Dallas Civic Center. Our judges, Mersia Martin and Robin Gant from Cherokee County had tough choices among the nearly 70 entries from our young Paulding artists.

On February 23, 2016 Deputy Jason Garland of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division was awarded the Paulding County Board of Commissioner’s Public Safety Award. Deputy Garland was awarded the Commissioner’s Public Safety Award for his exemplary service.

Two Golden Eagles men and one Lady Golden Eagle picked up All-GCAA accolades after the completion of the regular season, with A.J. Mosby making the first team, Aysia Grimsley making the second team and Ryan Davis earning honorable mention status for the 2015-16 basketball season.
