Loving Arms Cancer Outreach will be having their 3rd Annual Dancing with the Stars competition fundraiser on Saturday, September 17th at 5:30pm. Tricia Wright will be competing as the only Paulding County Contestant. Tricia's partner is last year's judges' choice, dance instructor, Kim Linenkohl. As a local non-profit, Loving Arms Cancer Outreach enriches and encourages families from Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Douglas, Paulding, Carroll, and Pickens counties as they endure cancer's challenges. LACO assists patients and families financially. Families receive based on their needs. A gift might be a ride to treatments, creation of a support groups, wigs, scarves, and comfort that they are not alone as they battle cancer.

Tricia Wright is a local Yoga teacher. She attended last year's fundraiser and immediately knew LACO was a worthwhile agency that she wanted to know more about. The more she learned, the more she wanted to contribute to their efforts. She began spreading the word of the works of LACO and began teaching extra Yoga classes for donations.
