Fitness Fridays: featuring Tai Chi for Health
Join us at the Dallas Library for our Friends of the Library sponsored program, Fitness Friday! The instructor will be teaching Tai Chi for Health in the morning at 9am, followed by a second class at 10am. If you do not have time in the morning for Tai Chi, then stop in at 4pm for our Zumba Class. The Dallas Public Library is located at 1010 E. Memorial Dr., Dallas, GA.
