Local Artist Donates to Maude P. Ragsdale Public Library

On Thursday, August 31, 2017, local and talented artist, Joyce Walraven generously donated one of her most valued paintings to the Maude P. Ragsdale Public Library in Hiram. Joyce is well known for her paintings of places of interest and historical significance in Paulding County. The beautiful large framed painting of “Historic Hiram” is permanently on display in the lobby of the Hiram Library for patrons to enjoy. Joyce is pictured presenting the painting to Hiram Library Manager, Ora Stuckey.

Paulding Fine Arts Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization created in 1982 to provide citizens opportunities to experience the arts on all levels through observation, education and participation.
