Orphan Care Forum for Paulding County

Fortified Hills Baptist Church in Dallas, Ga hosted a forum on Sunday, October 21st to inform the church and community of the need of support for foster and adoptive children in Paulding County. Robin Forston- Recruiter Specialist for Region 3 (Bartow, Douglas, Floyd, Haralson, Paulding, and Polk counties) DFCS (Division of Family and Children Services) was on hand to answer questions and express the need of foster and adoptive homes needed in Paulding County. Paulding county currently has 140 children in DFCS custody. Isaiah Ross – a former foster child was the keynote speaker at the forum. Recently completing college Isaiah is now a youth minister at Southwest Christian Church in Newnan, Ga.
