Highland Rivers Health launches new website

New site designed to make finding information easy and efficient from any device

DALTON, Georgia - October 4, 2016 - Highland Rivers Health today unveiled its new website, designed to make accessing information about the agency, its services and clinic locations easier and more intuitive from both computers and mobile devices. The new site is now online at www.highlandrivershealth.com.
Most pages on the new website feature brightly colored "tiles" that list services provided in four main categories: mental health, substance abuse and addiction, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and child and adolescent. The site also provides information about each of Highland Rivers' outpatient clinics and services provided in each of the 12 counties the agency serves, as well as a Careers tab where visitors can learn about current job opportunities.
"Highland Rivers is a very large agency that serves a large geographic area, and for many people our website is the first point of contact," said Highland Rivers CEO Melanie Dallas. "We feel it is critical that people who visit our website - whether they are individuals who might need our services, community partners, referrers or anyone else - be able to find the information they need easily and efficiently from any device."
Toward that end, because many people only access the internet with a mobile device, the new Highland Rivers website is designed to display clearly on mobile devices, and all phone numbers on the website can be activated from a mobile device by simply touching the number on the screen. The site also features an interactive map on the home page where visitors can see the agency's clinic locations and learn about the services at each location with a simple touch or mouse-click.Highland800
