(Paulding County, GA) On October 7, 2016, Bradford Lee Spears of Rockmart, Georgia was arrested for Pandering (F).
Mr. Spears is accused of soliciting sexual acts from a juvenile in exchange for money on September 28, 2016. Spears allegedly contacted a 16 year old male victim who was riding his bicycle on a Paulding County roadway and requested sexual favors in exchange for money. According to Detective Sergeant Lenny Carr of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Division, Spears admitted to the incident and a warrant was filed for Pandering (OCGA 16-6-12) in the Magistrate Court of Paulding County. The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division arrested Mr. Spears at his residence without incident on October 7, 2016.
Once Mr. Spears was arrested, he was booked into the Paulding County Detention Center with a $7900.00 bond. Spears bonded out of the Detention Center on October 10, 2016.

Pandering A person commits the offense of pandering when he or she solicits a person to perform an act of prostitution in his or her own behalf or in behalf of a third person or when he or she knowingly assembles persons at a fixed place for the purpose of being solicited by others to perform an act of prostitution.
