Local Animal Rescue Gives Back to Paulding County in a Big Way
Paulding County June 13, 2019, during this week's Board of Commissioner' s meeting Jason Flatt, of the Friends to the Forlorn Pitbull Rescue presented the Paulding County Commissioners and Aileen Culberson, Manager of the Paulding County Animal Shelter a check for $130,000.
Jason Flatt, founder, and director of the local pitbull rescue has been a staunch ally for the Paulding County Animal Shelter. His organization has provided resources for veterinary assistance, medications, vaccinations as well as spay and neuter procedures for thousands of animals here in Paulding County.
Mr. Flatt received a round of applause and a plaque for this unprecedented donation to our Animal Shelter.
Friends to the Forlorn Pitbull Rescue, Inc. is a volunteer-based 501(c)3 rescue and community outreach organization. Our mission is to promote responsible pitbull ownership, provide breed education, combat pet overpopulation, fight unfair legislation, find qualified homes for sound pitbull-type dogs and other dogs in need in Georgia, and help people and animals within our community.
