City of Hiram: Mary’s Gift

Through its’ yearly calendar advertisement sales, the Hiram Police Department collected $3,120.00 because of the generosity of local businesses. The money raised by this project became “Mary’s Gift”, in honor of the daughter of a long-time employee of Hiram Police Department, Nora Gibboney. In remembrance of Mary, the funds were donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Paulding County to provide Christmas gifts for children that would otherwise not be able to celebrate Christmas this year. The Hiram Police Department would like to thank the local community for their continued support of programs like “Mary’s Gift.”
