North Paulding High School Fly Fishing and Cold Water Conservation Club

Sixteen students from the NPHS Fly Fishing and Cold Water Conservation Club departed Paulding County on a cold, windy, rainy Sunday morning in late January to fish the fabled private trophy trout waters of Nacoochee Bend in Helen Georgia. Students were assisted by volunteers from the Cohutta Chapter of Trout Unlimited, DNR employees, and parents. This is the 3 rd year that Jimmy Harris, co- owner of Unicoi Outfitters, has hosted this event for North Paulding students. It was a great experience for everyone involved!
