NPHS Students Will Attend Georgia Trout Camp in June
Four students will be attending the week long Georgia Trout Camp in Rabun County this summer. Tucker Taylor and Tripp Weaver were awarded scholarships valued at $4000 each from the Cohutta Chapter of Trout Unlimited and the Georgia Council of Trout Unlimited. Hunter Pittman and Cameron Furr are former Trout Camp Graduates and will be working as mentors at this summers camp. Twenty four students age 12-15 from across the state participate in this unique camp each year. Students receive complete fly fishing outfits and are taught how to fly fish and tie fly's.
