Freshman Lauren Gramling continued her scoring streak with a nifty header goal as well. The two have shouldered the Raiders' offense this season.
Paulding Gymnastics Silver Team placed first at the 2019 Paws for a Cause Invitational! Over 1500 gymnasts from multiple states across the country competed at this year’s gymnastics event. Congratulations to Paulding Gymnastics for the huge victory and we look forward to the continued successes.
A maturing East Paulding Girls soccer team dropped a tough 2-1 decision to a strong Marietta team on Friday. East put the pressure on during the second half and freshman Lauren Gramling found the net in her second straight game to tie the score. Marietta went on to score the game-winner later in the half and East was not able to overcome a well-coached and skilled Marietta team.
The North Paulding boys basketball team lost their first-round game in the state playoffs to a gritty Pebblebrook squad from Mableton by a score of 57 to 53. The Wolfpack fought hard and jumped out to an early lead and led 18 to 12 after the 1st quarter.
Patriot head coach Kevin Hammett gets his players motivated in the 4th quarter as the Patriots fought back to draw even with the Trojans at 55. Hammett and the Patriots are currently in 3rd place in the region with a 6-3 record and 15-3 overall.
Lady Hornet Sydney Jones helped lead the Hornets to victories over East Paulding and Paulding County to improve their region record to 4-2. The Lady Hornets resume region action against Cass in White Georgia on January 4th.

The Paulding County Patriots traveled to White Georgia and played Cass High School in the season-ending contest for both squads. The Patriots ended a 10 game losing streak by closing the season on a high note with a 17-14 hard fought victory.
The South Paulding Spartans end the season with a loss to the 5AAAAAA region champions Creekside Seminoles. The Spartans started the game strong with an opening drive to take the lead 7-0. The Seminoles would counter back with a score of their own and never look back. The Spartans struggled the rest of the game to get anything going on the offense with Creekside’s defense dominating the game.
