Former Pro Wrestler Turned Circus Owner Stars in New Television Show
Thurmond Entertainment and Decent TV are proud to announce the release of their new television show Funny Bu$iness. The show is based on the unique lifestyles of former WCW professional wrestler Joey Thurmond and his family as they travel the country with their three ring circus performing over 600 shows annually. Thurmond's story about how he and his wife Jamie both left full time careers and followed every child's dream to run away and join the circus was chronicled in the award winning documentary GreasePaint in 2013. After winning multiple awards at International Film Festivals the movie was ultimately released by Cinema Libre Studios in Hollywood California worldwide. The family circus was featured in the 2013 Video of the Year nominated music video by the Zac Brown Band for the song Goodbye In Her Eyes. Thurmond has also worked on other projects including major movies and television shows. The producers have worked to develop a quality family program free from any questionable content or foul language.
"It has been very important to us to produce a show that everyone can enjoy without worry about the content, a good, clean, fun, show that is truthful to our real lives", said Thurmond.
