PCFD SWEARS IN TEN NEW FIREFIGHTERS

PCFD is proud to announce ten young men & women successfully completed PCFD’s 18-week training program, where they all passed the rigorous State of Georgia Firefighters Standards & Training Council certification testing. The entire class also earned National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (NPQ) Firefighter I & II as well as Emergency Medical First Responder and HazMat core certifications.
All ten recruits were sworn-in as probationary full-time PCFD Firefighters during the graduation ceremony on Thursday, March 2nd, and were assigned to stations across the county effective beginning Saturday.
