PCFB Awards HOSA grant to Paulding County High School
Pictured is Ashley Kaleta as she receives the grant on behalf of the Paulding County High School, Health Occupations Students of America Clubs. As a county Farm Bureau it is my job to educate our students and community of the importance of Agriculture in today's society. Everyone understands, without the farmer we would all be hungry, without them we would all be unclothed. I look for opportunities anywhere I can to explain that farming is only a small portion of the Agricultural opportunities that are out there for today's student. HOSA offers a glimpse of health occupations that may lie ahead for students. Part of that program is Veterinary Medicine. Paulding County High School has students who will be attending National HOSA Competition and Miss Kaleta will be competing in the Veterinary Science event.
Please join us in wishing her the best of luck with this competition and her future in Agriculture. If you are interested in any opportunities in Agriculture contact me, Tracy Grice at 770-445-6681 or come by and see me. 549 Hardee Street Dallas, GA 30132
