Douglasville, GA, 6/12/2017 — Local moving company TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® of Douglas County partnered with the American Diabetes Association’s Tour de Cure on June 3, 2017 in more ways than one.
American Diabetes Association’s Tour de Cure is a premier cycling event consisting of over 380 riders. Participants ride up to 100 miles to raise money for research and ultimately help stop America’s fastest growing disease, Diabetes. The event was held at Boundary Waters Park on June 3rd.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Douglas County donated $1000 in monetary donations, but also donated $2500 in service. The local moving company assisted the American Diabetes Association for four days for set up and tear down for the big event. “We went around in a circle this morning and shared our highlights from Tour this weekend and I have to tell you that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was the highlight for two of my colleagues,” stated development manager, Kari Hudson. “Cody and the crew were nothing short of amazing and we honestly couldn’t have done this event without them.”
