Shepherd's Rest Ministries Special Automobile Donation

Kerry and Mary Tidmore, friends of Shepherd’s Rest Ministries, are making dreams come true for battered and abused women and their children. The couple presented Dr. Kathryn Melton, Executive Director of Shepherd’s Rest with their own personal vehicle, a 2001 Isuzu Trooper, which is in excellent condition. Automobiles donated to Shepherd’s Rest are given to qualified women in the shelter who are without transportation, enabling them to secure employment for themselves on their journey to self-sufficiency.
