Children's Foundation of Paulding check presentation to CAYA Summer Lunch Program
The Children's Foundation of Paulding donated $1,000 from membership dues to the CAYA Reconciliation Ministries Summer Lunch Program. CAYA prepares over 500 lunches a day through their Summer Lunch Program for under-resourced children. As of June 21, 2018, they have prepared over 8,200 lunches for this season. Over the program’s past seven years, they have prepared and delivered over 90,000 lunches. Before the end of summer 2018, they will have prepared and delivered over 100,000 lunches.
CAYA Reconciliation Ministries works with families in low-income housing communities, single mothers, senior citizens, homeless citizens, and children.
