The Paulding Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on August 8, 2017 for Buy Georgia Realty. Their mission is to provide superior counsel to buyers and sellers through leadership, experience and knowledge.
This testimony was written by a veteran who attends our Paulding Vet Life Community. The Paulding Vet Life Community meetings (for male veterans) take place every Thursday (6:30 p.m.) at the Bethany Christian Church Parsonage Annex located at 3264 Villa Rica Highway, Dallas, GA. 30157 Vet Life Community is a network of local weekly peer-based support meetings - the buddy system, veterans helping veterans face to face - offering tools to help them as they transition back into life outside the military. Meetings are free for all participating veterans and their loved ones.

Alicia Michael for agreeing to speak on the Interact clubs to be sponsored by the Paulding County Rotary club and local Paulding County High Schools.

Jim Simpson the owner of the Jim Simpson Agency American Family Insurance located at The Crossroads in Dallas, GA. Jim has been a resident of West Atlanta all his life residing in Paulding County for 19 years with his wife Katie, and children, Sophie and Jack.
Paulding County Rotary Club president, John Grant introduced Steve Schiffman of Operation Not Forgotten. Mr. Schiffman thanked the Rotary Club members for the opportunity to share information with them about his cause and the purpose of this non-profit group. Operation Not Forgotten is a national organization of volunteers dedicated to bringing a better quality of life to our veterans and their families.
Paulding County Rotary club was proud to sponsor Ansleigh Foster the RYLA leadership program for 2017. Paulding County student, Ms. Foster visited the Rotary Club at their local weekly meeting to thank the club for their sponsorship of her in the program. She recounted the leadership skills she was taught and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to take advantage of the program. Ms. Foster was accompanied by her grandfather Mr. Fred Kilcrease.
The goal of this series is to educate and make all of Paulding County aware that litter is a problem in this county. Like so many social issues, littering is caused by human behavior. Whether it is intentional or accidental litter begins and will end with human behavior.
OrthoAtlanta orthopedic and sports medicine specialists have recently remodeled and expanded its Paulding office with additional exam rooms, expanded physical therapy facility and an expansive check-in desk and waiting room.

With a population in excess of 150,000, Paulding County is able to sustain two (2) Rotary Clubs: Dallas Rotary Club AND Rotary Club of Paulding County.
The Dallas Rotary Club is the newer of the clubs. It was established in 2003 and has 17 active members. This club currently has its regular meetings on Thursday mornings at Audrey’s Cafe. Please check Facebook for schedule.
The Paulding County Rotary Club, the first Rotary Club in Paulding County, was chartered in 1969. It has approximately 42 active members and meets regularly.
Although the clubs are different from one another, the common mission is the same – SERVICE TO COMMUNITY. We invite you to visit each club to determine which is the best fit for you.
