NPHS Fly Fishing and Cold Water Conservation Club Assist DNR Fisheries with Stocking Trout into the Chattahoochee River

During Thanksgiving break, NPHS Fly Fishing and Cold Water Conservation Club members assisted DNR Fisheries with stocking over 1,800 trout into the Chattahoochee River using 5 gallon buckets. After the stocking was complete, students were able to use the skills they had been taught during their weekly meetings to catch and release some of the trout. Every student caught fish!
