JROTC Raider Season Begins

On Saturday August 26, Paulding County high school kicked off the JROTC raider season by hosting a scrimmage for all the Army JROTC raider teams in the county. The cadets competed in rope bridge, obstacle course, ammo can relay runs, Cross Country Rescue (CCR), and an obstacle course. All designed to better prepare and train Paulding county teams in a bid for going to State or even National. The Hiram high school Stinger Battalion used this event to help train there new freshmen and LET 1 cadets and are looking forward to their first real meet of the season on September 9 th , in Adairsville. The Stinger Battalion wishes the best of luck to the other Paulding county Teams and reminds folks that you can see action here in the county on the following dates: 23 Sep North Paulding HS,7 Oct South Paulding HS and 21 Oct Hiram HS.
