W. C. Abney’s TOTY and ParaOTY 2017-2018

Each year the entire school community writes recommendations for a Teacher of the Year and Parapro of the Year. These awards are well-deserved and this year is no exception. Congratulations to Mrs. Melissa Westmoreland our 2017-2018 Teacher of the Year and to Mrs. Christina Russell our 2017-2018 Parapro of the Year! Mrs. Westmoreland teaches 3rd grade at Abney and has been a teacher here since 2005. Mrs. Russell is a Kindergarten Para and has worked at Abney since 2003. We are lucky to have these ladies as part of the Abney Team!
