Hiram Elementary Teacher of the Year: Mrs. Nikki Stewart
Hiram Elementary School is proud to announce that Mrs. Nikki Stewart is our 2017-18 Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Stewart has been a community member of Paulding County since birth. She knew she wanted to become a teacher since she was 4 years old. After attending Paulding County schools, she continued her education at the University of West Georgia and graduated with a teaching degree in 2004. After graduation, she was hired at Hiram Elementary by then principal, Rita Clemmons. She began teaching in 2nd grade and continues to still love being a 2nd-grade teacher for the past 14 years. She loves her job and loves working with her students. Her two children attend Hiram Elementary and she is given much support from her husband of 14 years, Scott Stewart. The staff and students at HES appreciate Mrs. Stewart’s dedication and constant effort to help her students be successful. She is a true example of the love of teaching. Congratulations to Nikki Stewart, Hiram Elementary Teacher of the Year!
