South Paulding falls to Alexander
The South Paulding Spartans take the field against a very tough Alexander team this past Friday night. The Spartans showed promise in a 48-12 loss to the Cougars. The Spartan offense led by freshman sensation #3 Miles Campbell at quarterback racked up some yards on rushing and passing against the Cougars. With the help of #32 Jermaine Phillips and #44 Austin Ruben adding to the yards gained for the Spartans I see great things happening for the Spartans in the near future. The Spartan defense struggled against the Cougars but also showed that they also have promise. The Spartans are a young group and will be a force to be reckoned with in the very near future. The Spartans travel to Douglas county this coming Friday to take on the Tigers in hopes of their first win of the season.
