Paulding Natives win big with KSU

Former football players from Paulding county help lead Kennesaw State Owls to their first ever Conference Championship and first playoff in Just the programs 3rd year of football. Starting QB #3 Chandler Burks formally of South Paulding and starting defensive back #26 Jace White formally of North Paulding along with former Head coach of South Paulding Tim Glanton help lead the Owls to the Big South Conference Championship. The Owls will host Samford this Saturday at home for a rematch of the Owls only loss for the year.
Chandler has led the team in rushing and passing yards for the year with 1007 in passing and 912 in rushing. Chandler has also been added to the watch list for the FCS Walter Payton award.
Jace has racked up some great stats of his own with 31 tackles and 3 assists, and 2 interceptions. Jace and Chandler hope to see as many Paulding county people in the stands this Saturday for the big game.
