The Varsity East Paulding Basketball teams faced off against LaGrange High School on Thursday night, marking the first home game of the preseason. The girls' and boys' teams showcased strong performances from the outset. The Lady Raiders consistently maintained their lead throughout the game, ultimately securing a decisive 62-32 victory. Meanwhile, the Varsity Boys engaged in a fiercely competitive match, staying within striking distance but ultimately falling short, concluding with a score of 70-81. The teams are set to compete again on November 12th at Paulding County, starting with the junior varsity game at 4:30 PM, followed by the 9th-grade team and Varsity matchups.
