The Stop the Bleed project is a national awareness campaign intended to encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives. WellStar Paulding Hospital Emergency Department and MetroAtlanta Ambulance Service professionals partnered to teach school Nurses from the Paulding County School System about the Stop the Bleed project.
Paulding’s E-911 communications center has made the transition of staff and full operations into its newly constructed facility on Industrial Blvd in Dallas. County officials referred to the finished product as being among the best in the state.
The South Paulding Spartans welcomed the New Manchester Jaguars for the Spartans homecoming and looking for their first win of the year. The Jaguars held strong and denied the Spartans a score till late in the 4th quarter. The Jaguars took home the win 20-6 and held the Spartans to an undefeated season so far.
