In June of 2017 Detective Sergeant Lenny Carr, of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Unit, met with a complainant who presented what appeared to be a diary created by suspect Timothy Sprenger (W/M, 31 YOA). Sprenger, who formerly lived in North Dakota, is now a resident of Paulding County.
Paulding County Farm Bureau was recognized for its outstanding member programs during the Georgia Farm Bureau 3rd District annual meeting, held Oct. 2 in Douglasville.
The Paulding County Patriots like to play on grass and they like to play teams with Wildcats as their mascot, and they would love it if you schedule them for your homecoming. The Patriots traveled north this week to Woodland and with the Etowah River flowing as their backdrop the Patriots once again pulled out a victory.

Washington, D.C. – Rep. Tom Graves (R-GA-14) today voted for and the House passed the Dr. Chris Kirkpatrick Whistleblower Protection Act (S. 585), sending it to the president’s desk. The bill enhances whistleblower protections, increases awareness of whistleblower protections and requires punishment of supervisors who retaliate against whistleblowers.
Paulding County Board of Commissioners, Sheriff Gary Gulledge recognized Deputy Chris Stafford and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Hunter Cunningham for their heroic actions which took place after a serious motor vehicle accident in July 2017.
Senior cornerback, Dillon Patterson had many tackles and a couple of pass break-ups in the game against Hillgrove. Senior running back, Lucas Mays had both of North Paulding's touchdowns in the tough loss against Hillgrove. All of the Sophomore kicker, Brock Travelstead's kickoffs were touchbacks at least 8 yards deep in the end zone.
Last Tuesday, the Georgia Lottery and its partner IGT dedicated a new computer lab to the Paulding County Boys and Girls Club in Dallas. Attached are photos of local Rep.
