Superior Court Judge Dean Carlos Bucci of the Paulding Judicial Circuit has been designated to serve in place of Justice Nels S. D. Peterson in the appeal of Tenet Healthsystem GB, Inc. Atlanta Medical Center v. Thomas. The Supreme Court of Georgia will hear arguments in the case on Jan. 8, 2018 during its 10:00 A.M. session.

Deputies with the Uniform Patrol Division located three suspicious individuals in the area of GA SR 61 South and Mustang Drive in the evening hours. After a break, in this case, Deputies were able to secure warrants and make an arrest in the case.
