Competing against Army JROTC programs from across the country and around the world, approximately 1,327 teams in round one and 549 teams in round two, the Stinger BN Leadership Team earned one of forty spots to the annual Leadership Championship (JLAB) in Washington, DC.

Hiram stinger BN Drill Team traveled to Osborne High school for the Area 7 Regional Drill meet. Hiram competed in a total of eight different events and placed third in Male Mixed Armed Platoon, commanded by C/CPT Heaven Ford.
Preston Turner, son of Joe M. and Rosemary Turner of Dallas and an 8th grader at Moses Middle School, is one of the semifinalists eligible to compete in the 2017 Georgia National Geographic State Bee.
Chattahoochee Technical College’s Career Services department will host a career fair at its Paulding Campus on Tuesday, March 7.
EPHS DECA participated in the Georgia DECA State Career Development Conference on February 16-18, 2017. We had 34 students compete at the state level.

Hiram JROTC stinger BN Drill Team traveled to Carver High for its annual invitational drill meet. Competing against fifteen other drill teams, the hornets commanded by Cadet Jerimiah Smith placed second in the male color guard, and commanded by Cadet Evelyn Roman the team placed second in female unarmed platoon.
Hiram elementary school would like to congratulate all of the atlhetes that participated in the Special Olympics Bowling Tournament. HES students and staff are very proud of all those that participated.
New Georgia Elementary raised over $5200.00 for Jump Rope for Heart! Students collected donations and did a lot of jumping in P.E. class!
The students worked hard all day. They poured 20 yards of concrete to form a 150 foot sidewalk and concrete pad for a 10 x 14 gazebo.
