Kiwanis Club of Paulding County met with Principal Scott Brock of Abner Elementary School and agreed to initiate a Kiwanis International program titled Bring Up Grades (BUG) for all third-grade classes.

Paulding Meadows Arts and Crafts Event Celebrates Record Success with perfect weather, our Paulding County residents enjoyed a record event for Paulding Meadows. Approximately 68,000 people came out to enjoy the event this weekend.

Kathy DeJoseph is a very grateful cancer survivor and she started Happy Caps to “pay it forward” by gifting soft, stylish hats to cancer patients - or anyone suffering hair loss due to a medical condition.

Hiram High School Stinger Battalion JROTC cadets showed stupendous volunteerism at the Red, White and Boom event. Following this event on September 6, 2016 these cadets opened the meeting with a color guard posting our nation’s colors, and then all participating cadets were awarded by Mayor Teresa Philyaw.
